Pstation.net accept orders from all around the world. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order, Our average delivery will be shipped to you within 1-4 business days of your order date
Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always paid by the recipient/buyer.
To avail a warranty you need to ship the products back to the address that pstation will provide it to you once its required, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with the recipient/buyer’s country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; The recipient/buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Pstation.net, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us in regards to how information about your order is used and shared. International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as but not limited to titles, for our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked (Gift) but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form due to the reason that customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Warranty & Replacements
The warranty is 1 Year on the power supply and 6 months on the portable chargers, the above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped due to a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss will be transferred to us upon receipt at our end. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Pstation.net, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries may it be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are only bearable by the recipient/buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Pstation will make sure that it will dispatch your package with in the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. Pstation will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold from Pstation.net within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items ( for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
1 to 4 business days for us to receive your return from the courier.
1 to 2 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order’s summary page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us immediately.
Pstation.net reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical problems, are generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes.
